• Google Calendar (Full Access): We request full access to your Google Calendar for the purpose of managing class events. This includes:
  • Creating new calendar events when you enroll in or are assigned a class.
  • Updating existing events if class schedules change.
  • Deleting class-related events if a class is cancelled.

2. How We Use This Data

• Calendar data is used only to manage your class events.
• We do not use or analyze unrelated personal calendar events.
• We do not share Google Calendar data with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third parties.

3. User Control & Revocation

You may revoke our access at any time via yourGoogle Account Permissions.

Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your Google Calendar and delete all stored tokens within 7 days.

4. Data Portability

You may export your scheduled class data in a standard format (such as CSV or ICS) at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Data Security & Storage

• All communication with Google APIs is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS).
• Tokens and user data are stored securely in encrypted databases with restricted access.
• Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel only.
• We do not store unnecessary Google Calendar data — only the events required to deliver our service.

6. Compliance

Our use of information obtained from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
